Publication par l’OSCE (Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe) en avril 2019 de “Understanding Referral Mechanisms in Preventing and Countering Violent Extremism and Radicalization That Lead to Terrorism: Guidebook for South-Eastern Europe“.


Présentation : “This guidebook was written to help support policymakers and practitioners who are looking to develop programmes on interventions to prevent VERLT. It also focuses on some of the region-specific factors that need to be considered when developing referral mechanisms in South-Eastern Europe, drawing from consultations with key stakeholders from the region.”

The survey, first of this kind carried in the country, presents a more comprehensive account of hate crime victimization in North Macedonia and its impact that had been available to date, as well as identifies the extent of underreporting of hate incidents by surveying a range of different communities of majority and minority social identity on the basis of ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, disability, and political beliefs. The report aims at offering evidence as to the need to develop effective measures that respond to and combat the problem, guide targeted policy and strategy by national and local authorities, and support civil society organizations in their advocacy work.” (English / Македонски / Shqip).
  • Short projects and grassroots initiatives to address anti-Semitism activities supported by the “Words into Action to Address Anti-Semitism” project” publié le 24 mai 2019. Résumé : “This report describes the ten short projects implemented by civil society organizations throughout the OSCE region in 2016 and 2017. The projects aimed to address anti-Semitism through education or coalition building in innovative ways, and were intended to inspire the development of new tools within the framework of ODIHR’s “Turning Words into Action to Address Anti-Semitism” project.”
