
Parmi les publications 2018 et 2019 du Global Research Network (GRN), créé en février 2015 dans le cadre du Counter-Terrorism Committee Executive Directorate (CTED) qui assiste le United Nations Security Council Counter-Terrorism Committee : “Research Digest“, “Guiding principles on foreign terrorist fighters“, “Gender Dimensions of the Response to Returning Foreign Terrorist Fighters: Research Perspectives” :
- On 27 December 2018, the Committee adopted the Addendum to the guiding principles on foreign terrorist fighters, a practical tool to assist Member States in their response to the evolving foreign terrorist fighter (FTF) phenomenon, particularly in relation to returnees, relocators and their families.
- In late January 2019, CTED issued its fifth Research Digest, which considers some of the key challenges and trends likely to emerge in 2019.
- On 27 February 2019, CTED published its latest Trends Report “Gender Dimensions of the Response to Returning Foreign Terrorist Fighters: Research Perspectives”. (…) The report provides counter-terrorism policymakers and practitioners with an analysis of the latest research into the gender dimensions of the FTF phenomenon.
